Refund Policy

At YNT – You Need This, LLC, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain items, such as custom products are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at yntyouneedthis1@gmail.com.

How to Initiate a Return
